Eyes on your side.
When you can't be there, we are — a registered nurse with 40 years of emergency and cardiac experience, checking on your parent, navigating their care, and fighting their insurance company.
Book a free 20-minute family callWho we help
Your mom says she's fine. Your dad "doesn't want to be a bother." You're five hundred miles away reading between the lines of a two-minute phone call. Harbor Watch is a nurse's trained eyes in the room — someone who visits, notices what's changing, tells you plainly, and takes on the insurance paperwork nobody has the energy to fight.
We check in. We notice changes. We alert you and their doctor. For emergencies, always call 911.
Services
$400–600 flat, scheduled
A thorough, unhurried visit: home safety, medications, mobility, nutrition, and the clinical picture — written up in plain language, with a call to you afterward. Every visit ends with "here's what I saw, here's what I'd do."
$100–150/hr, or a small monthly retainer
Denied claims, confusing bills, appeals, discharge plans, specialist coordination. Forty years of speaking the system's language — used on your parent's side of the table.
Coming 2027
Visit notes, medication schedules, and trend updates in one private place for the whole family. Current clients will get it first.
How it works
What we are — and what we're not.
Harbor Watch provides scheduled visits, clinical assessment, and advocacy. We notice, we document, and we alert the people you choose. We are not an emergency response service and we do not provide continuous supervision.
In an emergency, always call 911.
Start the conversation
Tell us a little about your parent and the best way to reach you. A nurse — not a call center — reads every message and replies within one business day.
